Speak Up & Be Heard

Speak Up & Be Heard is a mini course created for women in STEM who want their ideas to carry weight in meetings and projects. You’ll begin with self-reflection and root cause analysis to identify internal barriers (self-doubt, hesitation) and external ones (bias, interruptions, lack of recognition). From there, you’ll strengthen confidence through assertive communication, daily practices, and imposter syndrome strategies tailored to the challenges women in technical fields often face. You’ll also learn how to navigate workplace dynamics with tools for strategic visibility, leveraging allies, and reclaiming your voice in the face of interruptions. The course ends with a personalized 30-day action plan to track growth and apply what you’ve learned. By the finish, you’ll know exactly what holds you back and have a toolkit designed to help you be heard, respected, and recognized in STEM environments.
